The Muse Method is your online destination for mind-body transformation, designed to gently challenge your body and restore your nervous system. Specializing in pilates, yoga and barre, these energetic and empowering workouts are designed to build strength, flexibility and balance.

From calming flows to sculpt and burn sessions, this collection of virtual classes bring expert instruction with an uplifting vibe straight to your home.

This isn’t another workout program. It’s a daily practice of returning to yourself — moving with intention, rebuilding self-trust, and remembering that you are your own greatest source. You are your own muse. ♡

low-impact exercises performed on the mat, emphasizing core strength and flexibility. the pairing of high repetition and light weights keeps the movement mindful rather than depleting ♡

this intermediate and hybrid format incorporates the fluidity of traditional yoga postures with the strength of resistance workouts… and of course, core work ♡

this class combines the principles of ballet, pilates and strength training. these workouts are low-impact but higher energy than pilates♡

aligned yoga poses linked with fluid transitions and powered by breath, command your attention and so free your mind. rest, meditation and a return to ease gently restore your natural state… balanced, grounded, confident ♡

Each class is designed to build confidence and connection with your body through gentle yet powerful progression.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to offer a supportive space where you can enjoy movement while building strength and finding balance. Classes are focused on being challenging and energetic yet also lighthearted, yielding effective and transformative experiences.
